1.      Which items had the largest headlines?  Why?   The main story because its usually the most important

2.     Which items had the smallest headlines?  Why?  the filler stories because they are not important


3.     Which stories had photos?  Why?  the main stories because they are important

4.     Consider the placement of the articles.  Does the position of a story (above or below the fold) affect the reader’s response to it?  Why?  I do not think it affects the readers response.  


5.     What other information does the front page include in addition to major news reports?  How does this extra information affect the reader’s attention?  It tells what stories are inside along with the page number

6.     How many stories are on the front page? 14


7.     How many stories are local?  none      National?  12       International? 2

8.     What do you find appealing about this front page?  What would you like to change?  it looks very organized.  Make it more colorful.  More razzle Dazzle
